Summary: This city in the soutwest part of the state looks small, but has big ideas. It houses the local college, a hospital, and the major shopping areas for local residents.
The Gila Cliff Dwellings and Chino open-pit copper mine are major tourist attractions. But surrounded by mountains on two sides people don't need a lot of excuses to come here.
Lately it's seen a lot of growth as baby boomers and retirees look to buy homes here. It's south enough to be warm, but at a high enough altitude to be moderate. The altitude can be a problem for some people, but you'll see plenty of seniors running around the area.
