A picnic area. It's a ways to the nearest market to get food, be sure and bring it with you.
It's easy to find the visitor center, and their are plenty of signs. You'll have to pay a fee at the visitors center before gaining access to the trail.
I was surprised to find such a nice visitors center out here in the wilderness. The rangers are knowledgeable and love to explain the area, so feel free to ask questions.
